During the year 1996, the company had gone in for a major expansion and the paid up capital has increased substantially to Rs.219.50 lacs.Stock on hire as on 31.8.95 is Rs 210.97 lacs.and leased assets is Rs.49.18 lacs. Hire Purchase - Cash Credit facility to the extent of Rs 25 lacs is enjoyed with Indian Overseas Bank.
The chief promoter Mr.B.Prakashchand Dugar has over 15 years of experience in Hire Purchase activity. He started his career in Bherudan & Sons (H.U.F.) in 1978 and has been its member since then.He has been the managing director of Dugar Automobile Finance (P) Ltd since 1991 which is also in the field of Hire purchase and Leasing of Automobiles.

Ms Anita Dugar, is a director since 1992. She was a partner in Bherudan Dugar & Co between1990 and 1992 and a proprietrix thereafter.
The other directors include Mr.S.P.Chinnaswamy, a graduate in physics. He is in the business of transportation, construction and poultry farming. He is a parent member of Builder's Association of India and also secretary of Contractors Association, Tamilnadu. He is the Managing Director of both P&C Constructions(P)Ltd and Supreme Poultry(P) Ltd.
PraveenChandra M.Metha, director of the company is an exporter of Diamonds and has been in the jewellery business for the last 30 years.
The company entered into public issue of shares in 1996 for 7,65,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 76.50 lacs. The post issue capital of the company was Rs 306 lacs out of which the core promoters contribution is Rs.229.50 lacs representing 75% of the post issue equity.The shares are listed at Madras, Ahmedabad and Coimbatore Stock exchanges.
